1. Public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, if these acts do not contain indications of a criminal act, are not subject to any public policy. To impose an administrative fine on citizens of between 30,000 and 60,000 rubles; on officials of between 60,000 and 100,000 rubles; on legal persons of between 200 rubles 2. The same acts committed by means of the media or electronic or information and telecommunications networks (including the Internet network) — Administers an administrative fine of between 70 000 and 100,000 rubles for citizens; between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles for officials; and between 300,000 for legal entities. Up to 500 thousand rubles.
