Article 20.7 Non-compliance with civil defence requirements and activities

Failure to comply with the special conditions (rules) established by federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation for the operation of technical systems for the management of civil services Civil defence facilities, use and maintenance of warning systems, personal protective equipment, other special equipment and civil defence equipment are subject to imposition by the Administering Minister 2. Failure to carry out preparations for the defence and on the protection of the population, material and cultural property on the territory of the Russian Federation against the dangers arising from or as a result of the conduct of military action, is an insult to hell. Indirect fine of between 10,000 and 20,000 rubles for officials; for legal persons between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles.
