Failure to submit, within the prescribed time limit, to the military commissariat or other body conducting military records, lists of citizens to be initially placed on the military register shall entail the imposition of a :: An administrative fine of between 40,000 and 50,000 roubles for officials; and between 300,000 and 400 thousand roubles for legal entities.
