Article 23.13: Federal public health and epidemiological supervision bodies

1. Federal public health and epidemiological supervision bodies deal with administrative offences under article 6.3, paragraph 1, articles 6.4 to 6.7 ,6.24.6.25.6.35, part 2 of article 7.2 (in respect of destruction or damage to signs of sanitary (mining) areas and districts, treatment areas and resorts), article 8.5 (in respect of information and on the state of air, sources of drinking water and household water supply, as well as on radiation conditions), article 8.42, paragraphs 2.3 and 4, article 9.22, paragraphs 8 and 9, article 10.8.1. Article 14.43, paragraphs 14.44 to 14.46, article 14.46.2, paragraphs 1 to 4, article 19.5, paragraphs 40 to 41, of the present Code. 2. Part 1 of this article is entitled to: (1) the chief public health doctor of the Russian Federation and his deputies; (2) the chief public health doctors of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. , their deputies; (3) the chief public health doctors for cities, districts, transport, their deputies; (4) ceased to be in force 30 days after the date of Fede ' s official publication No. 307-FZ of 14 October 2014; 5) ceased to be in force 30 days after the date of the official publication of Federal Act No. 307-FZ of 14 October 2014; (6) the main State order Public health doctors of federal executive bodies in the activities of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, in the field of internal affairs, defence, enforcement of sentences, mobile Training and mobilization, safety, State protection, and health and epidemiological well-being of workers of organizations of particular industries with particularly dangerous conditions of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation and of the population of certain territories, their deputies and the chief public health doctor on the premises of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, and their deputies on administrative units :: Incidences committed in subordinate and client organizations, in subordinate and maintained facilities and in served areas; (7) main public sanitation facilities of the territorial bodies of the federal executive bodies in the sphere of activities of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, in the field of internal affairs, defence, enforcement of sentences, the health and epidemiological well-being of workers in organizations of certain industries with particularly dangerous working conditions and the population of certain territories their deputies on administrative offences committed in the subordinate and client organizations, as well as in the subordinate and serviced facilities and territories served. 3. Administrative offences under article 14.43, paragraphs 14.44 to 14.46, article 14.46, paragraphs 1 to 4, of the present Code shall be dealt with by officials referred to in article 14.46.2 of the Code.
