Article 23.14.1: Federal executive body responsible for State control (oversight) of the use of veterinary drugs

1. The federal executive body responsible for State control (oversight) of the use of veterinary drugs and its territorial authorities 2. To deal with cases of administrative offences under article 14.4.2., paragraphs 1 and 4, of the present Code (in relation to the use of preparations for veterinary use). Administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article are entitled to: (1) the head of the federal executive body exercising State control (art. (b) In the area of the treatment of veterinary drugs, by its deputies; (2) the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal executive body responsible for the administration of the State; Control (oversight) of the use of veterinary drugs, by their deputies.
