Article 23.28: Federal executive authority in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields

1. The Federal Executive in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields handles cases of administrative offences under article 7.2(disposal) (3) and (4) and damage to fixed observation posts on the state of the environment and its pollution within the State observation network, as well as violations of their protection zones), status 2. Administrative offences may be dealt with on behalf of the body referred to in part 1 of this article by: (1) the head of the federal body of the confessionaries. In the area of hydrometeorology and related fields, its deputies; (2) the heads of the territorial bodies of the said federal executive body and their deputies.
