Article 23.34. Organizations carrying out federal State fire surveillance

1. Federal State fire surveillance bodies deal with administrative offences under articles 6.24.6.25.8.3.32.3, 11.16, 1 and 2 of article 14 .43, articles 14.44 to 14.46, paragraphs 1 to 4, of article 14.46.2, articles 20.4 of the present Code. The Chief State Inspector for Fire Surveillance of the Russian Federation, his deputies, and (2) the principals of the State, within the limits of their powers, shall be entitled to: (1) the Chief State Inspector for Fire Surveillance of the Russian Federation, e-Inspectors of the entities of the Russian Federation on fire surveillance, their deputies; 3) Chief State inspectors of the cities (areas) of the entities of the Russian Federation on fire surveillance, their turnover (3.1) Chief State inspectors of the territorial, facility, special and military units of the Federal Fire Service, their deputies; 4) Russian Federation fire inspectors; (5) State fire inspectors of constituent entities of the Russian Federation; (6) State inspectors of cities or regions of the sub-unit 7. State inspectors of the territorial, facilities, special and military units of the Federal Fire Service; (8) Head of the structural unit of the federal executive body responsible for federal State fire control in the forests in the implementation of the federal State 9. Head of the structural unit of the federal executive branch responsible for the federal State fire brigade in underground mining facilities, in production, transport, storage, disposal, use of industrial explosives, in the implementation of the federal State 10) Heads of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and federal government fire surveillance in the forests, their deputies; 11) the chief government inspectors of the federal executive in the area of safety in the field of defence, troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, internal affairs, State security, external intelligence or mobilization training and mobilization for fire surveillance, 12) State inspectors of the Federal Executive Authority in the field of security, defence, the National Guard of the Russian Federation and internal security 13) Chief inspectors of State operational and territorial associations of Nazi troops 14) State inspectors of operational and territorial associations of the National Guard of the Russian Federation for fire surveillance. 3. The officials referred to in paragraphs 5-7 of Part 2 of this Article shall be entitled to hear administrative offences committed by citizens and officials.
