Article 23.4 Institutions and institutions of the penal correction system, remand centres

1. The bodies and institutions of the penal correction system and remand centres deal with administrative offences provided for in article 19.3, paragraph 2, article 19.12(in part of the adminis) 2. To deal with administrative offences on behalf of the items mentioned in Part 1 of this Code. Heads of arrest houses, correctional facilities, remand centres and temporary detention centres are entitled to articles of bodies and institutions.
