Article 23.40: Organizations of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels

1. The State Inspectorate for Small Courts hears cases of administrative offences under articles 8.22.8.23 (insofar as the commission and operation of small courts are concerned) of vessels exceeding the emission or noise standards), art. 11.7, para. 2, arts. 11.8, 11.1.8.1, 11.9 to 11.12, art. 11.13, para. 2, art. 19 .22 (in relation to the State registration of small courts used for non-commercial purposes) of this Code. 2. To deal with administrative offences on behalf of the authorities specified (1) the Chief Inspector of State for Small Courts, his deputies; (2) the Chief Inspector of State for Small Courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and, their deputies; 3) State inspectors for small courts.
