Article 23.44. Organizations exercising control and supervision functions in the field of communications, information technology and mass communications

1. The authorities responsible for monitoring and supervising communications, information technology and mass communications shall deal with cases of administrative offences provided for in the articles 9.13 (in respect of evasion of accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities to communication facilities and services), articles 13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 13.6 to 13.9, part 1 of article 13.18, articles 13.27.1, 13.29, 13.29. Article 13.31, part 1, articles 13.32.133.1, part 1 article 13.35, part 1 article 13.36, part 1 article 13.37, parts 1.2 and 3 article 13.40, articles 13.40.1, part 2 article 13.43.1, part 1 article 13.5 0, arts. 13.55.13.56, paras. 15 — 17 of article 14.3, paras. 2.3 and 5 of article 14.3.1, paras. 1-3 of article 15.27 (within the limits of its powers), para. 1 of article 15.48 (within the limits of its powers), paras. 1.1.1.2 Article 19.7.10, articles 19.7.10 to 19.7.10 to 2 of the present Code: 2. The following are entitled to consider administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article: Deputy State Inspector of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation; (2) Senior State Inspector of the Russian Federation Monitoring of communications, information technology and mass communications.
