Article 23.50.1. Organizations of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out regional State control (oversight) in the area of the sale of non-alcoholic tonics (in the case of energy)

1. The executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out regional State control (oversight) of the sale of non-alcoholic tonics (including energy) 2. Cases of administrative offences under article 14.16.1 of the present Code are dealt with on behalf of the authorities. Heads of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation exercising regional State control (oversight) in the field of sale of non-ramps are entitled to take part in article 1. In addition, there are two different types of drinks (including energy drinks) and their alternates.
