Article 23.68. Federal executive body empowered to carry out the functions of enforcing executive documents and ensuring the prescribed procedure of vessels

The Federal Executive Authority, which is empowered to carry out the functions of enforcing executive documents and ensuring the prescribed procedure for the operation of the courts, Sees cases of administrative offences under articles 13.26, 17.8.1, paragraphs 1 and 3 of article 17.14, paragraphs 1.1.3 and 2 of article 17.15 of the present Code. (1) The head of the federal executive body authorized to carry out the functions of force may, on behalf of the body referred to in part 1 of this article,: (2) the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal body in question, (3) The heads of the units of the said federal executive body, its territorial organs and their deputies.
