Article 23.7.1. Organizations of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation exercising control and supervision functions in the financial and budgetary sphere

1. The executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which exercise control and oversight functions in the financial and budgetary sphere, deal with cases of administrative offences, Article 7.30.1, paragraphs 5 to 7 (except for violations related to public defence procurement and violations related to procurement of goods) I am to provide for federal needs that do not belong to a State defence order and that are classified as State secrets) of this Code, except in cases of precaution. Article 23.1, paragraph 7, of the present Code, articles 7.32.6, 13.19.7, 15.1, 15.14 to 15.15.16, 15.37.1, 15.41, part 20, article 19.7.2, paragraph 1, of the present Code (within the limits of its powers). 2. The following are entitled to consider cases of administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article: (1) heads of organs of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation; and (1) heads of organs of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the financial and budgetary sphere, and their deputies; (2) the heads of the structural units of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation The existing monitoring and oversight functions in the fiscal sphere, and their deputies.
