1. The Federal Executive Authority, which is responsible for the implementation of the State policy on heat supply, deals with cases of administrative offences provided for in the Act. 2. The following persons are entitled to consider administrative offences on behalf of the body referred to in part one of this article: The Federal Executive Authority, authorized to implement the State policy on heating, has deputies; (2) the heads of the units of the Federal Authority a The executive branch, authorized to implement the State policy on heating, has deputies.
