Article 25.13: Discharges of persons whose participation in administrative proceedings is prohibited

1. Where there are circumstances under article 25.12 of the present Code which preclude the participation of a person as a defence counsel, representative, specialist, expert or interpreter in the proceedings 2. An application for recusal or recusal shall be submitted to the judge, the authority, the official in charge of the cases. 3.
