Article 25.8 Specialist

1. Any person with knowledge who is not interested in the outcome of the case may be employed as a specialist to participate in the administrative offence proceedings. 2. The specialist shall: (1) appear at the request of a judge, body, and shall be required to appear at the request of the judge or authority. Other persons in charge of the administrative offence; (2) to participate in activities requiring special knowledge with a view to detecting, securing and removing 3. The specialist shall be warned of the fact that the acts in question have been committed, their content and results. 4. A specialist may: (1) consult the administrative offence case file relating to the subject matter of the offence (2) with the permission of the judge, the official, the presiding officer of the collegiate body in charge of the administrative offence and, to ask questions relating to the subject matter of the action, the person against whom the case is being brought, the victim and the witnesses; (3) to make statements and comments on the owls 5.
