Article 26.11: Evaluation of evidence

The judge, the members of the collegiate body, the official conducting the administrative offence case evaluates the evidence based on his internal conviction based on: A third-party, full and objective examination of all the circumstances of the case as a whole, and no evidence may have pre-established force.
