Article 27.14.1. Restaurant of a vessel delivered to the port of the Russian Federation

1. The arrest of a vessel brought to the port of the Russian Federation by the officials referred to in article 27.2, paragraph 8.10.1, of the present Code shall be carried out in accordance with article 27.14 of the present Code. 2. Procedures for the storage, maintenance, safe parking and return of arrested vessels and for reimbursement to owners of pore infrastructure 3. The cost of the vessel ' s storage and maintenance of its crew shall be fixed by the Government of the Russian Federation. Offences for which administrative liability is established by article 8.17, part 2, articles 8.18 to 8.20, article 11.7.1, part 2, of the present Code are subject to immediate release after entry into force. :: The payment of bail in accordance with article 27.18 of the present Code.
