Article 29.1.6: Transmission of the administrative offence case file for administrative prosecution

In the case of an administrative offence committed in the territory of the Russian Federation by a foreign legal person or a foreign national subsequently found outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and not possible of proceedings involving him in the territory of the Russian Federation, all the materials of the administrative offence brought and investigated are transmitted to the General Assembly. The procurator ' s office of the Russian Federation, which decides whether to refer them to the competent authorities of a foreign State for administrative prosecution.
