Article 29.12: Definition of an administrative offence
1. The determination in the administrative offence case shall specify: (1) the position, name, initials of the judge, official, name and composition of the collegiate body that made the determination; (2) Date and place of the hearing of the application, motion, case file; (3) information on the person who filed the application, application or in respect of whom the case file has been examined; (4) the content of the complaint; 5 of the circumstances established in the examination of the application, motion, case file; 6) the decision taken on the basis of the examination of the application, motion, case file 2. The determination of an administrative offence by a collegiate body shall be taken by a simple majority of the members of the collegiate body present at the meeting. 3. The determination in the administrative offence case shall be signed by the judge presiding over the proceedings of the collegiate body or by the officer who made the determination.
