Article 29.2: The circumstances preventing a judge, a member of a collegiate body or an official from hearing an administrative offence
1. A judge, a member of a collegiate body, an official to whom an administrative offence is referred shall not consider the case if that person: (1) shall be responsible for: is the relative of the person against whom the administrative offence is brought, the victim, the legal representative of the natural or legal person, the defence counsel or before the court 2. The existence of information on non-judicial treatment received by the judge in the case of the Administrator before him or her; A criminal offence cannot in itself be considered as a ground for recusal by a judge.
