Article 30.9: Review of the decision on a complaint against an administrative offence
1. A decision in an administrative offence case made by an official and (or) a decision of a superior officer on a complaint against the decision may be appealed to the court on the grounds that: 2. Decision on administrative offences issued by a collegiate body, a body established by law 3. The decision of the judge on a complaint against the decision may be appealed to a higher court. 4. Copies of the decisions shall be sent in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits laid down in articles 30.2 to 30.8 of the present Code. 5. A court decision on a complaint against a decision of an official in an administrative case shall be issued within three days from the date of the decision. An offence may be appealed, in addition to the persons referred to in article 30.1, part 1, of the present Code, by the authority whose official has issued the order. A decision in an administrative offence case may be appealed by a collegiate body, a body established by law of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, in addition to the persons referred to above. Article 30.1, part 1, of the present Code, the head of the collegiate body or the body established by law of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that issued the decision.
