Article 4.7: Recovery of property damage and moral damage caused by an administrative offence

A judge may, in a case of administrative offence, decide, in the absence of a dispute concerning compensation for property damage, at the same time as the administrative penalty is imposed, whether to: 2. In the case of an administrative offence brought before the Inn, disputes concerning compensation for property damage are settled by the court in civil proceedings. 3. Disputes relating to compensation for moral damage caused by an authorized body or official, a dispute concerning compensation for property damage shall be settled by the court in civil proceedings. The administrative offence is tried by the court in civil proceedings.
