Article 5.37: Unlawful acts relating to the adoption of a child or his or her placement in guardianship or foster care

Unlawful acts involving the adoption of a child, his or her placement in guardianship or foster care, are punishable by an administrative fine of one thousand or more citizens. Up to two thousand five hundred rubles; for officials, from four thousand to five thousand rubles; for legal persons, from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
