Article 5.39 Refusal to provide information

Irregular refusal to provide a citizen, including a lawyer, with a request for legal advice and (or) the organization of information provided by the Federal Government by laws, late provision of information or the provision of information known to be unreliable, carries an administrative fine of between 5,000 and 10 Thousands of rubles.
