Article 5.49: Violations of the prohibition of the holding of a ballot, lottery and other risk-based games related to elections and referendums during the period of the election campaign

Violation of the ban on the holding of electoral campaigns, lotteries referendum campaigns and other risk-based games in which winning prizes or participating in prizes depends on the total in elections, elections, referendums or otherwise related to elections, referendums, carries an administrative fine of 2,000 to 2,000 citizens. Five hundred rubles; for officials from three thousand to five thousand rubles; for legal persons from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles.
