Article 6.1.1. Beatings

Battery or other violent acts that cause physical pain but do not give rise to the consequences referred to in article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, if such acts I do not hold a criminal offence — carries an administrative fine of between 5,000 and 30,000 rubles, or an administrative arrest of between 10 and 15 sou. The current is either 60 to 120 hours of mandatory work.
