Article 6.17: Violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of children from information harmful to their health and (or) development
1. Information products for children, including information products posted on information and telecommunications networks (including the Internet), announcements for children to participate in the creation of information products harmful to their health and (or) their development — is subject to an administrative fine of between 1,000 and 1,500 roubles. For officials, from 2,000 to 3,000 rubles; for legal persons, from 20,000 to 30,000 rubles.
