Article 6.31. Violations of the legislation on blood donation and its components

1. Non-compliance by providers with the rules for the collection, storage, transport and clinical use of donor blood and its components established by Pra by the Government of the Russian Federation, is punishable by a warning or an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 3,000 roubles for officials; and 20 thousand roubles for legal entities. 2. Failure to report or conceal information on reactions and complications encountered by recipients the relationship with the transfuse (transfusion) of donor blood and/or its components, the agents of the blood supply and/or its components that use it clinically, has a pre-emptive effect. The imposition or imposition of an administrative fine on officials of between 2,000 and 3,000 roubles; on legal persons of between 30,000 and 40,000 roubles.
