Article 6.36 Obstruction of medical care

Obstruction, in any form, of the lawful activities of a medical aid worker, except in the cases provided for in article 12.17, paragraph 2, of the present Code a/ If the act does not show evidence of a criminal offence, an administrative fine of between 4,000 and 5,000 roubles shall be imposed.
