Article 7.11: Use of animal objects and aquatic biological resources without authorization

1. Use of animal objects or aquatic biological resources without authorization if authorization is mandatory or in violation of permit conditions, as well as of the Autonomous Force Stupidness of the right to use animal objects or the right to exploit (exploit) aquatic biological resources, except as provided for in paragraph 2 of this article and in part 2 of article 8.17 — is subject to an administrative fine of between 500 and 1,000 roubles for citizens; between 1,000 and 2,000 roubles for officials; and between one and two thousand roubles for legal persons. 2.
