Article 7.15.1 Illicit traffic in archaeological objects

Transactions in archaeological objects in violation of the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation are subject to an administrative fine of two or more citizens. Thousands to 5,000 rubles with the confiscation of archaeological objects; for officials between 20,000 and 50,000 rubles with the confiscation of archaeological objects; for legal persons from Three hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles with the confiscation of archaeological objects.
