Article 7.25: Non-transfer of copies of geodetic or cartographic materials and data free of charge to the State cartographic and geodesy fund of the Russian Federation

Refusal to hand over one copy of geodetic or cartographic materials and data free of charge to the State cartographic and geodesy fund of the Russian Federation is subject to overlap. No administrative fine of 100 to 300 roubles for citizens; 300 to 500 roubles for officials; and 3,000 to 5,000 roubles for legal persons.
