Deviation of the performer of earth, construction, irrigation, economic or other works or archaeological field works carried out by authorization (open sheet) from compulsory work Transfer to the State, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, of cultural property discovered as a result of such work, if the act does not contain a criminal offence Acts are punishable by an administrative fine of between one thousand five hundred and two thousand five hundred rubles; against officials three thousand and four thousand rubles; and against law enforcement officials. Their faces ranged from 30,000 to 40,000 rubles.
