Article 7.9: Self-contained occupation of forest land

Self-employment of forest areas or use of specified areas for uprooting, processing of forest resources, storage, construction (construction), splashing and other purposes without special permits for the use of the said areas, carries an administrative fine of between 20,000 and 50,000 roubles for citizens; Ten thousand to one hundred thousand rubles; for legal persons, from two hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.
