Article 8.2.1: Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements for the treatment of substances that deplete the ozone layer

1. Failure to comply with environmental requirements in the handling of ozone-depleting substances is subject to an administrative fine of one thousand dw. Two thousand rubles; for officials, between 10,000 and 30,000 rubles; for persons engaged in business without the establishment of a legal person, between 30,000 and foot. Ten thousand rubles or administrative suspension for up to ninety days; for legal persons between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles or administrative suspension 2. The repeated commission of an administrative offence under paragraph 1 of this article during the year shall entail the imposition of an administrative offence. Fines for citizens ranging from two thousand five hundred to three thousand five hundred rubles; for officials ranging from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; for persons carrying out business activities without the establishment of a legal person, between 50,000 and 70 000 rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to ninety days; for legal persons, between 200 pes. Ten thousand to four hundred thousand rubles or administrative suspension for up to ninety days.
