Failure to comply with the measures provided for in the consolidated plan for the control of forest fires on the territory of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation is subject to an administrative fine of the amount of officials. e From 15,000 to twenty-five thousand roubles; for persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person, from 30,000 to 50,000 roubles; in the legal profession 2. The same acts carried out under special fire or emergency conditions are punishable by law. and an administrative fine of between twenty-five thousand and forty thousand roubles for officials; and of persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal entity, Fifty thousand to seventy thousand rubles; for legal persons, from two hundred fifty thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.
