Article 8.34: Infringement of the established procedure for the creation, use or transport of biological collections

Violation of established procedures for the creation, replenishment, storage, use, accounting, sale, acquisition, transport or transfer of biological collections — entails administrative imposition :: A fine of between 300 and 500 rubles for citizens, with or without confiscation of collection objects; and 500 to 1,000 rubles for officials, with confiscation of collection sites. In the case of legal persons, between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles with or without confiscation of collection objects.
