Article 14.54: Violation of the established procedure for special assessment of working conditions

1. Violation by an organization which has carried out a special assessment of working conditions, the procedure established for conducting a special assessment of working conditions, shall be punishable by an administrative fine against officials 2. The commission of an administrative offence provided for in article 1 of the Convention is a serious offence against persons of between 20,000 and 30,000 roubles; on legal persons, between 70 thousand and 100,000 roubles; and on legal persons, between 100,000 and 100,000 roubles. Articles, previously subject to administrative punishment for a similar administrative offence, are punishable by an administrative fine of 40,000. Up to 50,000 rubles or disqualification for a period of one to three years; for legal persons, between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles or administrative suspension Note: Expert of an organization which conducted a special assessment of working conditions, who committed an administrative offence in the course of a special assessment of working conditions. shall be administratively liable as an official under this article.
