19.8.2 Failure to submit applications, notifications (information) and information (information) to the federal executive body responsible for monitoring implementation Foreign Investment in the Russian Federation

1. Failure to submit applications to a federal executive body authorized to carry out the functions of monitoring foreign investment in the Russian Federation by legislation on foreign investment in the territory of the Russian Federation, submission of applications containing known inaccurate information or violation of established legislation On foreign investment in the territory of the Russian Federation, the procedure and time limits for the submission of applications are subject to an administrative fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 roubles; 2. Failure to submit to the federal executive branch, by sex with a view to performing the functions of monitoring foreign investment in the Russian Federation, notifications (information) provided for in the legislation on foreign investment in the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation, submission of notifications (information) containing known inaccurate information, or violation of the foreign investment legislation on Territ oria of the Russian Federation of procedure and timing of notification (information) — carries an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 3,000 rubles for citizens; 15,000 to 30,000 rubles; for legal persons, between two hundred and fifty thousand and five hundred thousand rubles. Performance of the functions of monitoring foreign investment in the Russian Federation, information (information) provided by the legislation on foreign investment in the territory of Rossice of the Federation, including failure to provide information (information) at the request of the said authority within the time limit specified by it, except as provided for in part 1 and 2 of this article, or prec :: Informatization with the said authority of known inaccuracy (information) is punishable by an administrative fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles for citizens; Ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles; for legal persons, between fifty hundred thousand and one million rubles.
