Article 567. Violation of the period of return to the victim, transfer (transfer) to the income of the Russian Federation of donations from a political party

Violation of the time limit established by the law of the Russian Federation on political parties for return to the victim (and, if return is not possible, transfer (transfer) to the income of the Russian Federation the donation(s) listed by the political party or its regional office, in violation of the procedure established by the said legislation, is punishable by hell. A ministerial fine of between 100,000 and 300 thousand rubles.
