Article 111: Days of departure

All employees are entitled to rest days (weekly uninterrupted rest) during the five-day working week and to two days off per week, and six days rest (days of work) during the six-day working week. The general day off is Sunday, and the second day off during the five-day week is set by a collective agreement or by the rules of the internal working order. In the case of employers whose work is suspended on weekends is not possible under the conditions of production and organizational conditions, and in the case of employers who are not able to work on weekends, the rest of the period of rest shall be paid in full and shall be paid in full. They are distributed on different days of the week, in turn, to each group of employees according to the internal working order.
