Article 190: Procedure for the approval of internal labour regulations
The internal labour regulations shall be approved by the employer, taking into account the opinion of the representative body of the employees, in accordance with the procedure laid down in article 372 of the present Code for the adoption of local holes. The internal labour regulations are generally an annex to the collective agreement.
