Article 231. Review of disputes concerning the investigation, processing and recording of accidents

Disagreements on the investigation, processing and recording of accidents, failure of the employer (his representative) to acknowledge the accident, refusal to investigate the accident in the event of death, persons who were dependent on the victim (his legal representative or other trusted person) and the person who died as a result of an accident, or persons who were close to him or her (their legal representative or other trusted person) with the contents of the accident report are subject to review by the Federal Executive Authority with a mandate to carry out federal State control (oversight) of compliance with labour laws and other regulations.
