Article 269. Additional guarantees for employees under the age of 18 upon termination of the employment contract
Termination of the employment contract with employees under 18 years of age on the initiative of the employer (except in the case of liquidation of the organization or termination of the activity of an individual enterprise) The State Labour Inspectorate and the Commission for Minors and for the Protection of their Rights, in addition to the general procedure, are permitted.
