Article 29 — Workers ' Representatives

Representatives of workers in social partnership are: trade unions and their associations, and other trade union organizations provided for in the statutes of Russian and interregional trade unions. or other representatives elected by the employees in the cases provided for in this Code. In the exercise of the right to take part in the management of the organization, the workers ' labour disputes with the employer are represented by the primary profession. The interests of workers in collective bargaining, concluding or amending agreements, authorizing collective labour disputes over the conclusion or amendment of agreements, the monitoring of their implementation, and the formation and implementation of commissions to regulate social and labour relations They are represented by the relevant trade unions, their territorial organizations, trade union associations and associations of the territorial organizations of trade unions.
