Article 419. Violations of labour laws and other acts containing labour law
Persons guilty of violations of labour laws and other acts containing labour law shall be subject to disciplinary and material liability in accordance with the procedure established by this Co. Dex and other federal laws, and are subject to civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the procedure established by federal laws.
