Article 43: Effect of a collective agreement

A collective agreement shall be concluded for a period not exceeding three years and shall enter into force on the date of its signature by the parties or on the date established by the collective agreement. The collective agreement shall apply to all employees of the organization, the individual entrepreneur and the collective agreement. The collective agreement shall remain in force for all employees of the branch concerned. In cases of change in the name of the organization, changes in the type of public or municipal institution, reorganization of the organization in the form of transformation, and termination of the employment contract When the organization changes its ownership, the collective agreement shall remain valid for three months from the date of the transfer of ownership rights. The collective agreement shall remain valid for the duration of the reorganization. Either party has the right to submit to the other party a proposal for the conclusion of a new collective agreement or the extension of the previous one for a period of up to three years. The treaty shall remain in force for the duration of the liquidation.
