190. Non-return of cultural property to the territory of the Russian Federation

Failure to return to the territory of the Russian Federation, within the prescribed time limit, cultural property removed from its territory if such return is compulsory under Ro law — punishable by forced labour for up to five years or deprivation of liberty for up to eight years with a fine of up to 1 million roubles or a wage you or other income of a convicted person for a period of up to five years or no.
