Article 104.4: Judicial fine
1. A judicial fine is a monetary penalty imposed by a court upon the release of a person from criminal responsibility in the cases provided for in articles 76.2 of the present Code. a fine within the time limit fixed by the court shall be revoked and a person shall be held criminally liable under the relevant article of the Special Part of this Code.
